The company controls a Network of commercial and industrial enterprises including many market leaders in their fields. Established in 1965, the controlling interest in Inter-Gamma is held since 1998 by it’s managing director (since 1977), Tanhum Oren, who holds some 53% of equity. Another major shareholder since 1998 is FI.BI. investment house, a member of the First International bank Group, which adds to Mr. Oren experience it’s financial reputation and resources. Inter-Gamma’s shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 1984.
The group employs some 800 employees worldwide and has achieved a total of approx. 250 million US$ ,in direct income only, in the year 2008. (indirect income amount to over 150 million $ yearly). In the year 2009 the group expects to achieve a total income of 258million USD.
